Delivery Areas We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other emirates). GCC shipping is available 

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Dubai: 1–2 business days
  • Other Emirates: 1–2 business days
  • Same-day delivery: Available in Dubai for orders placed before 2PM

Shipping Fees

  • Standard delivery: Free within the United Arab Emirates
  • Same-day delivery: AED 50
  • GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar): AED 50

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details via [email / WhatsApp].

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at [your@email.com] with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
